Testing High-Touch Gifting for Hard-to-Reach B2B Leads

We deployed personalized, high-value gifts – custom wine and symbolic tree kits – to strategically engage executives for Pandatron.

How do you capture the attention of C-suite executives for a change management startup? Inspired by high-impact gifting successes, we designed a campaign for Pandatron sending personalized gifts: custom-labeled wine bottles and unique tree-growing pouches (a metaphor for growth).

While budget constraints limited the scale and immediate results, this project showcased a willingness to test creative, tangible outreach methods beyond typical digital tactics. It highlighted the importance of strategic timing and trigger events for maximizing gifting impact.
